I trained and qualified at The Central London College of Reflexology and the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I also write a fortnightly column for at Home magazine online and am an independent Nikken wellness consultant.
