Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms offer a level of comfort, design and amenities not featured before in other health and fitness establishments: Power showers with extra hand adjusted shower and steam shower rooms; Generous cupboard sized lockers with individual safes; Under floor heating and heated towel rails.

What makes The Albany special are the things you might not expect, such as: Organic cotton dressing gowns and towels; Anti-bacterial bamboo towels for gym use; A full range of complimentary, petroleum free, organic toiletries; An on-site laundry using environmentally friendly detergents; Purified water in basins, showers and washing machines; and Snooze areas where you can lie down and rest after a work out.
