Nutritional therapist

Sarah Carolides studied natural sciences at Cambridge and McGill Universities before spending 6 years in the City of London. She retrained as a nutritional therapist at ION.

Since 2002 she has worked with thrive!nutrition, the Westover Clinics, Lifesmart and the Albany, providing up to date nutritional advice, training and lectures to individual clients, companies and the media.

Media work has included interview for National Geographic Channel, various articles and contributions to The Mail on Sunday, Daily Mail, Sunday Mirror, and ‘Lifesmart’ published 2004.

She has a wide experience with clients of all ages on dietary issues affecting health and fitness. Sarah also provides regular workshops and classes on cookery and nutritional issues.
