The Power of Food Therapy - What can I eat?

Prevention of cancer and the holistic approach to cancer management Dr Daya will explain the risk factors to developing cancer, how cancer is related to fungus, the importance of changing the terrain in both the prevention of treatment of active cancer. Whilst Dr Daya is not against the conventional treatments for active cancers, it is equally important to fill in the missing gaps to help the healing process. The holistic approach to common ailments seen in General Practice (skin problems, hair loss, insomnia, constipation, recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, recurrent cystitis, diabetes, fibrocystic breasts, polycystic ovaries, prostate and cardiovascular problems) Dr Daya will explain her holistic approach to dealing with these and many other common conditions that present to GPs and more importantly what you can do to help reverse some of these disease processes.

Hormone Imbalances including Hashimotos and underactive thyroid function Hormone imbalance is common in both men and women. Dr Daya will speak about risk factors that contribute to hormonal problems and more importantly how to address these from a holistic perspective.

In this talk Dr Daya will explain common digestive symptoms that present to a General Practitioner and the holistic approach to digestive complaints including the variety of food options available and what her book is all about.

Sheila Partridge will explain the leaky gut, common food intolerances, the effects these have on one's digestive system and other key organ function, how she tests for these and more importantly how to correct these imbalances.

Dr Vijay Murthy will talk about the use of spices and herbs in the Ayurvedic approach to a healthy digestive system with simple self help tips on how ton take care of your digestion.
