Martyn brings with him 12 years training experience within the Fitness industry. Over the years Martyn has been involved in some of the UK’s leading health clubs and of recently been heading up Fitness and Personal Training teams resulting in a near victory in 2009 Flame Awards for Best Health Club.

Martyn’s training experience has been blessed with experiences with Northampton Saints Rugby, former and current GB athletes, UltraCyclists, Marathon runners, professional Bodybuilders and female figure contestants… to name a few!

Martyn specializes in Biomechanic Coaching, a revolutionary method of screening clients developed by Intelligent Training Systems that will reduce injury risk, promote muscle performance and in some cases, rehabilitate old injuries. When linked with very strict technique tuition and motivational mindset, Martyn is a very unique trainer. His research has lead him to lecture at the London Excel Body Power Expo and UKBCA annual conference. To add to his skills Martyn has since been involved with the UK Biomechanics Coaching Association as Vice Chairman to help support the ever growing Biomechanics trainers, coaches and specialists.
