Drawing from her 10 years of experience in yoga and meditation, Mandy Jhamat's yoga teaching reflects her interest Yin and Yang practices. Her experiential style allows her students to benefit from a dynamic practice rooted in the richness of mind-ful movement. She is trained by Europe's leading yoga centre, Triyoga. She is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. When she is off her yoga mat, she is a Fashion Makeup Artist having worked with the likes of top designers like Tom Ford to performers such as Beyonce. Mandy makes people feel good from the outside with her make up magic, whereas with yoga she makes you shine from the inside out!
