Hi there I’m Adam Stansbury a Lifestyle Coach specializing in Strength, Fat Loss, Nutrition and Gym Based Personal Trainer of the Year 2013.
I work with Men and Women wanting to improve their health, body composition and performance by using proven, sustainable strategies for healthy eating and effective training to achieve great results.
Maybe you’re Overweight, have tried every diet under the sun and don’t know what to do next?
Or Are you Frustrated, having spent hundreds of hours in the gym with little or no results?
Maybe you’re Suffering from Stress along with the Digestive Discomfort that comes with it and don’t know who to turn to?
Or maybe you’re Competing in your first physique show or preparing for a photo shoot, wedding or holiday and need the experience, support and trusted advice of a good coach?
I have both extensive knowledge and personal experience in all these areas and I am a problem solver at heart. This involves first gaining a good understanding of my clients needs, then creating a solution that integrates into and supports their lives, whilst nourishing their bodies.
Watching the health, wellbeing and confidence improve in others, through my empowerment and education is the most satisfying feeling I know and the positive ‘domino’ effect this has on every aspect of their lives.
‘I will supply you with the path, knowledge and the support to get you to your chosen destination but the most important factor that you need to possess when attempting to achieve a physical goal or any goal for that matter is Consistency and Commitment.
The Consistency in your daily behaviours and habits leading to your goal and the Commitment to see the process through until the end.
If you have these two vital ingredients then the outcome is inevitable.’
